Revisions

- Revisions can be made during the sketch phase, please provide as many information and references during the start of the project, I will ask for client's approval for each step before proceeding
- Revisions for the model when rendered is limited to 2, further changes will cost an additional 20-50USD depending on the amount of changes
- If revisions are on the technical side, and of the artists fault there are no fees
- I provide revisions for model PSD files if asked by your rig artist (if rig is not by us)

Use and Conditions

- You may use the model for personal use, commercial, streaming, and merch production
- Please do not use the model art for any AI generators
- Please do not tamper with the model in any disrespectful manner- For model reselling please inform me first, and you may only sell the model for what it's originally worth (unless there are other extras in the package)- I reserve the rights to post the art work progress and previews as well as samples on my socials, unless an NDA fee (50%) is paid for and the client informs me beforehand, clients may choose to remain hidden or not credited (no fees)

Process

- For inquiries I would be more than happy to provide a price quote first so clients can ask in advance how much the whole model costs, please send the character reference and list of toggles (if any)
- After the 1st model payment I will be starting the sketch
- After sketch approval I will continouosly update with the renders
- Please settle your balance before I send the fully finished model files, I will only be sending them once the payment is fully paid for- Please refrain from adjusting or adding more details and toggles to the model mid progress that isn't discussed beforehand, this is so we can make sure the model will still be finished on the estimated date and avoid confusion

Payment Plans

- I accept full upfront, 50/50 and payment plans (upon discussion)
- Payment plan models will take a bit more time to complete compared to 50 split and full upfront
- Once payment plans have started and progress has been made, no refunds will be issued if client is unable to continue payments, please be sure when commissioning

Turn Around Time

- ETA would be within 3-6 months for models depending on the complexity of the design and amount of toggles
- Completion dates for models with payment plans will depend on the discussed payment terms

Art + rig commissions

- Communications will be via a discord groupchat
- Rig payments can be made after the model art is done
